Privacy Policy

1. Scope and responsibility

This policy covers the calculator and information pages at brasizecalculator.app. It does not cover external retailers, email services, browser extensions or other websites. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to websiteaftersales@gmail.com. The operator’s legal name and jurisdiction are pending confirmation; this draft does not identify a legal controller that has not yet been established.

2. Information used by the website

• Calculator inputs: underbust and bust readings, selected units, calculation method, size labels and fit observations are processed in the current browser page. The calculator application does not send these fields to our server or put them in the page URL.
• Try-on journal: if you choose to save a record, this browser stores its identifier, date, band and cup label, sizing system, brand, style, selected fit issues, outcome and optional notes. Measurement fields are not automatically copied into journal records. Anything you type into notes is part of the saved record.
• Messages: emailing us discloses your email address, message, any name or signature and attachments you choose to send, together with ordinary email metadata.
• Web requests: serving a page requires network requests. A hosting or security provider may process IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser information and errors. The website is prepared for hosting on Vercel. Actual logging settings and retention periods depend on the deployed project and provider configuration; they remain to be confirmed. Hosting on Vercel is not a promise that all request information stays in New York.

3. How information is used

Inputs are used to calculate sizes and display fit guidance. Saved records support the journal you request. Correspondence is used to respond to questions, investigate errors and handle requests. Hosting request information may be needed to deliver the site and investigate availability or security issues.

At launch, the application has no account system, payment collection, photo upload, advertising scripts, audience analytics or advertising pixels. Advertising or affiliate programs may be introduced later, but are not active in this version. It does not sell or share calculator inputs with advertising networks. If new processing is introduced, this notice and any required choices must be updated before it starts.

4. Browser storage and your choices

The optional journal uses local storage under bra-fit-journal-v1. Saving a new try-on requires checking the save-on-this-device box. Existing records are read when you return so they can be displayed; editing or deleting a saved entry updates that storage.

You can use the calculator without saving records. Reset clears the current form and draft, not saved journal entries. Delete individual entries in the journal, or clear this website’s storage through browser settings to remove all locally saved records. See the Cookies & Local Storage Notice for limitations.

5. Retention and deletion

Calculator values remain in the page until cleared or reloaded. Browser restoration and autofill may behave differently, so use Reset and close the page when using a shared device. Journal records have no automatic expiry in the application and remain until you delete them or the browser removes them; the journal supports up to 50 entries.

After deleting a journal entry, an undo copy remains in the open page until another deletion or a page refresh. Reload after deleting if you also want to clear that undo copy. Deletion cannot erase exports, screenshots, clipboard copies or email you have separately created.

Email and hosting-log retention must be set and documented before public launch. We have not assigned an unverified fixed retention period or promised immediate removal from provider backups. Contact us about deleting correspondence; applicable legal obligations and provider backup cycles may affect what can be removed and when.

6. Email, hosting and external services

The contact address uses Gmail, provided by Google. Selecting “Write in Gmail” opens Google’s website and passes the recipient address and subject; it does not attach your measurements. Selecting “Open my email app” asks your device to open its configured mail service. A message is sent only when you send it in that service.

Vercel is the selected hosting provider; Gmail is used for correspondence. These providers may process information to deliver and protect their services. See Vercel’s Privacy Notice and Data Processing Addendum. Actual project settings, processing locations and any required international-transfer safeguards must be verified for the deployment. No claim of a particular certification, data residency or transfer arrangement is made here. External fitting guides operate under their own policies.

7. Privacy requests and applicable rights

Depending on the law that applies to you and the processing concerned, you may have rights to access or correct personal information, request deletion or a portable copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a competent data protection authority. These rights are not identical everywhere and may have exceptions.

Send requests to websiteaftersales@gmail.com, describing the information and action concerned. Do not send identification documents or body measurements unless genuinely necessary and specifically requested. Identity checks should be limited to what is proportionate. Requests must be handled within the applicable legal timeframe; this draft does not invent a universal deadline.

We cannot retrieve, edit or remotely delete journal data held only in your browser. Use the local controls for those records. The applicable controller details and lawful bases for server-side or email processing must be finalized for the operator’s jurisdiction.

8. Security and sensitive information

Local storage is not an encrypted private vault provided by this application. Someone using the same browser profile, or software with access to that profile, may be able to read saved records. Use caution on shared devices. Avoid putting medical histories or other sensitive information in notes or feedback emails.

Exports and printouts are under your control. The site cannot remove them from a device or recipient. No website, browser or email service can guarantee complete security.

9. Younger users

This site does not offer child accounts or ask for dates of birth. Younger users should seek help from a parent or trusted adult when needed and avoid sending personal information or body photos by email. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so the situation can be assessed under applicable law. This statement is not a substitute for any legally required parental consent.

10. Changes and contact

The revision date below identifies this version. Material changes should be explained before new processing begins, with any consent required by applicable law.
