Cookies & Local Storage
The current calculator application does not set tracking cookies. It uses optional local storage for saved try-ons and temporary page memory for calculations. Hosting infrastructure must be checked separately before launch.

1. What is stored?

No application analytics, advertising pixels or third-party embedded media are included in the current build. A production host may add security or delivery technologies; these must be inventoried and disclosed rather than assumed absent.
2. Choose whether to save
Calculation works without saving journal entries. A new entry is stored when you select “Save this try-on on this device” and save it. Returning to the page reads previously saved entries. Updating an outcome or deleting a record changes that local data.
To stop retaining records, delete them and avoid saving new ones. Unchecking a new entry’s save box does not delete older entries. To clear everything, use your browser’s site-data settings for brasizecalculator.app, then reload the page. This may also clear other browser data associated with this website.
3. Deletion, shared devices and exports
Reset is not “delete all records”. The journal’s Delete control removes an entry from saved storage, but the current page keeps one undo copy until another deletion or reload. Clearing local storage does not erase exported JSON files, fit cards, clipboard data, screenshots, printed copies or messages you have sent.
Records are not password-protected or encrypted by this application. They are tied to the current browser and site origin, not a user account. Private browsing, blocked storage or browser cleanup can prevent saving or remove entries.
4. Future technologies and contact
If advertising, analytics or other storage technologies are added, this notice and the relevant controls must be updated before activation. Any required consent must be obtained for the actual technology and purpose; the journal checkbox is not advertising consent.
